Obstructed path

Never mind the rat, but this path is now so narrow it is less than half its designed width and is difficult for two pedestrians to pass. As this is an important link to HCC offices one would expect some action from thence.

  • Issue was passed to HCC who refused to deal with the matter as they said that the path was not their's!
