Cars Blocking pavement on Manor Road - Dangerous for pedestrians

Car parked blocking the pavement and road. This is a daily occurrence now and has been for at least 2 months. This is dangerous for pedestrians and impassable for prams, wheelchairs and the like and also challenging for those on the ‘school run’. For motorists it’s difficult to pass with a car in both lanes and I have seen on more than one occasion near misses. This is an accident waiting to happen. I note at weekends, this pattern of parking here is also inviting more and more cars to do the same (whilst accessing Blenheim).
