Sent to Folkestone and Hythe District Council and Kent County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3338682.

A man walked down in Downs road and left a Homebase trolly in alley way. It hapened on 23/02/22 4:20pm. It is taking half of the alley way. Kids use it to go to school on the other road. You can get his picture with camera in the house nearby.
