Dead tree blocking pavement B1443

Fallen dead tree is completely blocking pavement and is just into carriageway. This is on a dangerous double bend and pedestrians are forced to walk in the road. Vehicle speeds in excess of 60mph have been recorded in the Bainton 30mph zone. Please clear this and other debris from.pavement ASAP.
