Huge tree us bending halfway up towards house

Sent to Breckland District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3335239.

On the green on Pennycress Drive adjacent to number 30 is a very, very tall tree. Since the trio of storms this lone tree has developed an unnerving bend towards number 30. Despite being some distance away it is tall enough that, should it fall, it would crash through the bedroom windows of number 30. Could someone please come and inspect it to check if it is safe.

NCC say Breckland are responsible. Have had no acknowledgement from Breckland.
