Storm drain needs clearing

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 417982.

At the bottom of Lansdowne Road, immediately before the private drive that leads to numbers 4, 4A & 5 there is a storm drain which desperately needs clearing. If we do experience any torrents of rain it does overtop and in a worse case, the garage of my property (no. 4) floods. In the past this drain was cleared annually, however it is now quite some time since it was last cleared and it is full of leaves and associated debris.

  • It is a very long time since the 22nd February when I first reported the storm drain problem. Although the rest of the drains have been pumped out in Lansdowne Road, the storm drain has not been touched.

    This is exceptionally poor service by the Council !!!
