New tarmac over the outlet of pipework from joint property

Following the re-tarmac of Council or other services has resulted in the outlet pipe from the joint property of 68 and 70 Becket Road being blocked from flowing properly. The tenants of 70 have had to create their own method of disposing of rainwater from gutters.
