Twigs and sludge beneath railings on Church Street

Reported via desktop in the Street cleaning category anonymously at 13:27, Sunday 20 February 2022

Sent to East Lindsey District Council less than a minute later

There are years' worth of twigs, leaves and general sludge collected beneath the safety railings towards the bottom of Church Street. This is at the junction with Monk's Dyke Road near Kidgate. The pavement hasn't been cleaned or swept in years. The mess gets added to with poor and dirty roads through the winter. See photos for evidence of the build-up of dirt which needs clearing please.
