This tree on the walled verge of Fitzharris Estate appears to be leaning over at a sharper than usual angle. This is filed under Parks though it should be passed to Trees because when the select a tree option is tried A)These trees are not shown and B)the arrow freezes & the report cannot be sent. This tree very tall and heavy appears to be leaning over the road at an angle after Storm Eunice more than usual. The bark is looking dead or distressed at a bulge point but no signs of ground heave. It over looks a busy school bus route parking road. History recently of falling branches etc on adjacent trees. Im not a tree expert and Im only giving an amateur opinion.
