Sent to Norfolk County Council and South Norfolk District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3326119.

I don't know what it's called, but there's a little box thing on the roundabout with a "WARNING! GAS" sign on it that had what looked like exposed wires on it - could have been damaged by Storm Eunice
