Constant high levels of rubbish

Sent to Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later

The footpath verge and field constantly has high levels of rubbish, mainly plastic drinks bottles and glass bottles, also there is a broken plastic barrier just left in the verge. Would be nice to get cctv camera’s or something monitoring this road as I think it’s people who live locally that constantly discards rubbish our there car window.
