Sent to Leicester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3320620.

Large yellow van parking going over the kerb and on the road blocking other vehicles views when pulling out, obstructing access to the pavement always parked like this ignores any regard for safety of pedestrians or road users
