The car left in a neglected condition.

Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3320564.

The car Audi A5 (RK16ZRE) is parked on public road. The car is in a state of neglect, flat tyres, no number plate, appear damaged and no valid MOT. Could the council investigate this as the owner moved out. My understanding is that cars parked on public road without MOT can be reported. This makes the insurance invalid which makes the parking illegal.
