Sent to Oxford City Council less than a minute later

Bins on this side of road constantly left blocking pavement leaving inadequate space to pass in wheelchair.

  • Still not resolved. It appears that some black bags are being filled with largely-recycleable stuff and put into the green landfill bins - while blue recycling bins next to them are hardly used. These people just don't have a clue what they are doing. Understandably it looks like the binmen are ignoring these black bags - there's no way just one of those houses can be overloading a green bin with genuine landfill material in just two weeks.

  • The issue is actually getting worse, not better. All the properties along this stretch of road are now leaving all their bins on the pavement permanently.
