Bins left on pavement

Sent to Oxford City Council less than a minute later
Bins on this side of road constantly left blocking pavement leaving inadequate space to pass in wheelchair.

Still not resolved. It appears that some black bags are being filled with largely-recycleable stuff and put into the green landfill bins - while blue recycling bins next to them are hardly used. These people just don't have a clue what they are doing. Understandably it looks like the binmen are ignoring these black bags - there's no way just one of those houses can be overloading a green bin with genuine landfill material in just two weeks.

The issue is actually getting worse, not better. All the properties along this stretch of road are now leaving all their bins on the pavement permanently.
