Rubbish thrown into brook

Along Garland Crescent there is rubbish regularly being thrown over the fence and into the brook, this is becoming a real problem. It appears that people are using this area to stop and eat, then cleaning out their vehicles disposing their garbage into the book. The rubbish often include uneaten food which is attracting vermin.
