Ditch requires digginf out

Sent to Breckland District Council and Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3318621.

The ditch across along this stretch of road which takes the road water away requires digging out as it is causeing flooding on the surrounding property.

Updates

Ditches are the responsibility of the land owner. but if the road gets flooded that is the providence of Norfolk County Council Highways who SHOULD pursue the Land owner. BUT getting NCC Highways to act responsibly is another issue!!!
