The flood prevention ditch on the edge of Shilton Park,Carterton is blocked with litter causing water to back up and build up. The problem area is adjacent to the footpath that goes over the ditch near to Carterton Leisure Centre and Northwood Crescent.

Ditch is still full of debris and litter including two shopping trolleys causing the ditch to be blocked one side preventing water flowing through.
