Safety barrier blown down around dangerous and high climbing equipment

The temporary safety barrier which was put up to prevent children from using the dangerous climbing equipment has blown down. It is now laying on other play equipment so as well as no longer stopping children from being able to access the high ropes it is posing a safety risk for them climbing up it on to the slides
