Sent to Hull City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3317823.

Closed off to traffic.. often no one working in the area dug up. Cause diverted traffic and nightmare back ups down alternative route if Beverley road. Now this way for 2 weeks. Needs sorting asap.
