Blocked service drain between 19 and 21 Rugby Road

Sent to West Sussex County Council and Worthing Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3317380.

This surface drain is blocked needs cleaning outside. Been a number of years like this. Case keeps being closed even though not unblocked.
