River running down moor hall road

Reported via desktop in the Roads/highways category anonymously at 17:18, Wednesday 16 February 2022

Sent to Essex County Council less than a minute later

There has been a constant problem with a river of water flowing down Moor Hall road from the Matching end ever time it rains. It was discovered that the farmer had diverted his field water overflow so it drained away in to the road. He was tasked to re dig ditches and correct the flow of water so it went into the drains, This has not happened .During the winter it became black ice on road which is obviously dangerous . Very large lorries also are a regular occurrence on this road again danger. This water flow also travels down the road causing flooding to the roads opposite and major flooding further down to the point were sandbags are needed by the neighbors.
