Blocked drain

Sent to Torbay Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3314286.

Because the drain is blocked, rain runoff fills the area by the seat and leaks through the wall. Now the wall in front of the seat, viewed from below in second photo, is unstable. Leaving the drain blocked likely to eventually lead to wall collapsing on toilet block/people below.
