Constant dumping of rubbish

The waste land opposite the houses is ridden with rubbish . The area is never cleaned the area at the side of st martins church is also ridden with rubbish . A lady comes on the park area everyday and dumps a large bag of seed and bread which is causing a nuisance with birds sick of reporting these issues and nothing being done the wasteland area is not fenced off which causes children to light fires the area needs fencing off as its a danger and someone will be hurt .
