The white warning paint on concrete traffic bollards round the back of Abingdon Library has eroded away.they need repainting so vehicles can spot them at night and not run over them.Also Pigeon Excrement is coating the pavement there and also a Fly Tipped Christmas Tree possibly from the library is lying there rotting.
