Sent to Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later
The council have recently dug up some flowers beds which we presume are for bulbs and wild flowers in spring and summer. Very welcome as we need something like that around here and it will look lovely... however, People have been driving up the path and across the grass killing the flowers and leaving deep trenches in the grass and mud and spilling it onto the path. One car in particular is a large silver pick up van and often drives up and parks across the grass and beds despite a 'no parking on verge sign' nearby. The sign is difficult to see from some angles as a ladys tree is growing over it on a nearby lampost. I can only presume the drivers don't care or cars are having difficulty getting into the garages. May someone please inspect this issue and either fix the flower bed and grass verge or fix / put up a sign or something similar to stop people parking and driving so dangerously and ruining the surrounding areas.
