Road surface in Hillside Lane

Sent to Hertfordshire County Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 329998.

I have been reporting the fact that the road surface in this lane has completely broken up, for the last 2 years.The council workmen have come on occasions and just filled in potholes with tarmac which does not last long.The whole road surface needs to be removed and relaid.

  • I had a meeting with Mr Robin Noades from Ringway maitenance he got some potholes filled almost immediately and he told me the actual surface does need replacing but cant be done at the moment but will be done in the future which is what I have been told for the past 2 years

  • this is a problem that is 2years old and as far as I am concerned it will not be resolved until the road surface is completely replaced.
