Drainage issue in front of driveway, constant flooding

This flooding caused the kerb and pavement to breakaway and a claim against glasgow City Council has already been finalised due to an accident caused by this. Whilst the kerb has been fixed, the pavement remains broken and flooding continues in front of the drive, I have had many complaints from delivery drivers due to the puddle and them stepping into it. It seems to be the only area where water gathers in my street. My kids have to walk through the puddle when there is heavy rainfall as there is no other way into my property.
