Getting beyond a joke dogs running loose

Sent to Oxford City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3296244.

All over buryknowl park in Headington, owners are letting dogs run out of sight and they are fouling when the owners are 2 to 3 hundred yards away. They should be made to be in control and stop this . The last three visits on nice days I have stood in dog mess also see owners not even attempt to pick up dog mess , I said something one day and was told to mind my own business. DOGS SHOULD BE ON A LEAD IF NOT PROSECUTE THEM

  • Still dogs not on leads running around away from owners and pooing where people can walk over it . Most dog owners do pick it up . The answer is keep them on long leads.
