Bad choice of parking

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3293426.

Usually 2 or 3 vehicles parked half on the pathway and half on the road right in the bend there. Makes it difficult for large vehicles to drive round and is restricting the footpath!
