Autumnal leaves mulching on the pavement all along the roadside, from Mill Lane to the bridge at border with Belton

Sent to Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3292315.

The pavement is never clear of debris which causes a danger to pedestrians slipping and getting footwear dirty.
