Parking in very small cul d sac

Sent to Torbay Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3291589.

This refers to Kendlewood Close in Paignton. People constantly park in the turning area, at best making turning extremely difficult, at worst completely blocking my car in its marked allocated space so I can't move at all. Ideally a no parking sign, or double yellow lines would greatly assist in resolving this very stressful issue
