Flood problem at a road junction

Reported via desktop anonymously at 10:49, Sat 5 February 2022

Sent to Harborough District Council and Leicestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3291040.

This is the second time this issue has been reported. After rain the road, at the junction, is flooded 50% of the width of the road. The problem is simple to fix and should be part of a regular pump out. then there would not be a problem. Over 12 months the road drain becomes blocked by debris washed down the Main street. This is not a new occurrence. traffic are now moving to the wrong side of the junction to avoid the flood and it could become a danger.
