Poor laid out/designed junction causing delays

Sent to Kent County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3289831.

Whenever there is heavy traffic at the crossing this junction completely blocks up due to trucks repeatedly driving into the hatched areas and stopping. If I stop and do not enter the hatched area (as I'm supposed to) I get morons honking at me from behind (they are so stupid they can't see beyond their own bonnet). This junction must be re-designed and the markings changed. In the meantime you need the Police here (if they're not busy investigating someone's Twitter account for offensive Tweets) to direct the traffic and fine these idiot truck drivers.
