Idiotic Graffiti Covering Pedestrian Underpass Bolstering Drug & Juvenile Deliquency Vandelism Culture

The whole of the unoverlooked(done surreptiously for fear of being caught) Underpass has been plastered with deranged lurid Psychedlic Graffiti suspected to have been perperated by The large number of Vandals and Juveniles that loiter there and outside the Abingdon Library.(Same Problem). The effect this is having is to embolden anto social activity in the the area ('getting away with it look none does anything)is unsightly.This is proven by recent developments where juveniles and hood wearing youths have been openly threatening passers by becoming bolder and bolder during the day in the vicinity of this underpass and above. Some effort needs to be made to obliterate this mess-and anti graffiti measures installed,even if its done again its important to counter it as every new daubing requires money tome risk and effort.Hopefully they will eventually give up and go home.
