Blocked drainage after mechanical clearance of grups

Sent to Breckland District Council and Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3286617.

After the Highway Dept.dug out the culverts on the Main St and S. Raynham road in Wellingham they blocked the drainage to the main ditch which will prevent the water going down the ditch and cause flooding on the road in many places. The machine came through several days ago.
