BT manhole cover on pavement suddenly sinking

Sent to West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3281315.

West corner has suddenly sunk by 1" creating a trip hazard on the pavement. Location is between Rixons Orchard and the bus stop
