Blocked drain causing water to pool on the road which then gets fired against my front room window when cars pass, causing damage to my house.

    Drain still blocked and still causing water to pool and is still being driven against my house by cars. This is still causing damage to my house, maybe I should send highways the bill. please, please, please fix this.
