Both drains heading towards Loughborough

Sent to Charnwood Borough Council and Leicestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3279213.

Both these drains make a terrible noise when vehicles wheels come into contact them. They were replaced a couple of years ago when they failed and damaged a vehicle. Sounds like this is going to happen again. I battle to sleep with noise constantly all night as directly opposite my house.
