Overgrown pavement

Reported via mobile in the Hedges / trees on rights of way category anonymously at 12:19, Sunday 30 January 2022

Sent to Warwickshire County Council less than a minute later

Pavement is completely overgrown on Woodstock Road near junction with Waverley Avenue meaning nobody can walk down the path due to parked cars aswell meaning people have to walk in road which is dangerous and there have been several near misses with cars turning corner. Now starting to get the same at opposite end of the road aswell at junction with Ivanhoe avenue. Been getting worse for over a year now.

  • Stems from Schumac tree growing under fence cut off and left..Foliage of shrub and ivy cut from above the fence and dropped on path.Foliage spreading across path and also blocking drains with bits chopped off. As a mobility scooter user I have to go into the middle of the road both ends of Woodstock Road to get round the corner causing a health and safety risk to myself and others.
