Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3276123.

Persistent parking of vehicles on the footpath and cycle path causing total blockage. Up to 15 vehicles at a time involved. Evenings and night times seem to be the worst. Friday Saturday nights the worst of all. Only a matter of time before serious injury or death is caused.
