Street Lighting Turned Off at Night

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3270038.

Street lighting is reportedly switched off in the early hours of the morning (presumably) to reduce costs? However workers going to work or coming home at this time find it dangerous in the dark.
