Sent to East Lothian Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3263308.

Manhole cover bangs every time a car or bus drives over it hope you can help as it is very loud at night i reported by phone but nothing has been done

  • I reported this problem about a manhole cover in january and there has been no progress at all could anyone from ELC tell me if anything will be done
