Resident parking on grassed area

Sent to Leicestershire County Council and Melton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3258011.

The occupier of number 38 or 40 is parking on the grassed area every day with a large vehicle, churning up the grass and making the road a muddy mess
