This rubbish has still not been cleared by owner even though reported multiple times.

Currently he has caravan parked on street which in not hitched to car. This caravan has been parked here for at least 3 months.

    The mess outside this garage never seems to be fully cleared. If it is is for a minimal amount of time and then it builds up again. See photo from today.

    Caravan is also a permanent fixture on the street and is not hitched to a car and hasn’t been moved for months,
