Smoking weed etc

120 Divot way have been smoking weed near enough every day, it causes the hallways in this flat building to smell like weed and even gets into some of the flats, the other neighbours have also complained about the smell. I have tried speaking to him about it and he said so and that was it, and I explained you can smell it as soon as you walk in the hallway door downstairs. He has also been reported for abuse to neighbours and domestic abuse towards his partner which has been really loud to the point that downstairs reported them. He also decided to ignore the police when that incident happened acting like he wasn’t home. I also believe he has been using other drugs as their have been other smells coming from his place, vinegary acid like smell which I can tell is definitely not food.
