Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3253243.

From GIlston to the A10 roundabout the whole length of the road on both side is a complete rubbish tip, including bags from previous litter picks still on the road side.

This is a breach of the local authorities environmental responsibilities and a litter picks needs to be undertaken more frequently it's embarrassing and lazy
