Poor/inadequate repair

While impressed with the speed with which this previously reported pothole has been filled in, much less impressed with the quality of the repair. The material used comes up below the level of the surrounding tarmac and consequently the edge of the 'hole' is already starting to break up. No doubt this will lead to water ingress which at this time of the year is likely to freeze at some point and the material will start breaking up again requiring yet another repair and further cost to LBB. I'd rather my Council Tax wasn't wasted this way and so this work should be rejected and your contractor invited back to do the job properly at no further cost.
