Sent to Leicestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3251071.

Access to this footpath was blocked by the company building the new houses. No notice was put up to say this footpath was closed temporarily. No diversion was given. I believe that the council has to get permission to close off footpaths and display appropriate paperwork. We had to divert onto a busy road to complete our walk.I will be reporting this to the Ramblers
