Car constantly parked on Pavement by resident of No. 47 outside No.47...........a hazard to pedestrians!!!

  • Council said not there problem, said "report it to the Police",
    I think it is a problem for the council, they will have to repair damaged pavement at cost to us the council tax payers..oh well???
