Illegal use of Parking Cones

Sent to Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council and Leicestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3246373.

Neighbour on the pinfold Markfield keeps using Parking Cones to illegal manage parking near his house. Suppressing parking and making it dangerous for local residents. Cones are put out in the day and removed before he goes to bed
